Goal–To promote Valley wide use of sustainable materials (reduce/ reuse/ recycle)

Short term goal- (6 mo) –To promote Valley restaurants utilization of sustainable products for take-out food market in our post COVID economy.

Action Plan– Joining with the Food group, we will contact the 95 restaurants in Ketchum, Sun Valley and Hailey in person or by phone to find out: Current products used for Take-out (sustainable/compostable  vs Styrofoam, foil, plastics etc) and general costs.  Answers will be compiled and shared amongst restaurants in search of “a better/greener idea”.
